iPhones often save HEIC. Email and older Windows PCs still want JPG.
On FiloPDF Image Converter, add the photo, set export to JPG, then convert. Quality 80–90 is usually enough for sharing.
Keep the original HEIC if you still edit on the phone. JPG is for sending.
