FiloPDF defaults to browser-side processing so your files never need to touch our disks. Edit PDF, convert, compress, and most tools run entirely on your device - which means we can support unlimited concurrent users without uploading or storing your documents.
Soft client rate limits only slow rapid-fire opens/exports on a single browser tab (anti-abuse UX). They are not account quotas. Contact form submissions are rate-limited by IP on the server. We use HTTPS, security headers (CSP, frame denial, nosniff), and keep Redis/workers off the public internet when Docker jobs are enabled.
